Paul is an experienced caterer who is craft based, having spent many years in a number of Five Star locations. Paul is passionate about food, and will be heavily involved in setting the standard from day one of operation.
Janice is a caterer of many years experience, and specialises in the areas of front of house presentation, personnel training and development. Janice will be heavily involved during the mobilisation, and opening planning, ensuring that every little detail of restaurant, and staff presentation has been addressed.
Mel is a skilled Operations Manager with over 25 years’ experience in the contract catering industry. She demonstrates a strong and consistent focus on customer service, combined with strong team leadership and organisational abilities.
A highly proactive Manager, Karen has extensive experience in contract catering and has coupled her culinary skills with her passion and knowledge for Health & Safety. She’ll be a regular visitor on site, overseeing health and safety, as well as giving an extra pair of eyes on the detail.
Lisa assists with all new projects – the first ever office employee at Talkington Bates, her knowledge of the company processes are unbeatable!
Louise joined Talkington Bates in June 2016 and has quickly established herself as a superb resource. With exceptional communication skills and a good listener, Louise has a natural ability in Human Resources.
