Food quality and provenance is of such importance to us and our customers. Today’s customers are far more foodie than ever before. They are aware of new trends and ingredients and are conscious of where their food came from. Never before have our customer’s palates been more discerning.
All our menus are based on homemade food. They are made from scratch, using quality ingredients. Seasonal menus are the norm. UK produce is used wherever possible. With such great ingredients farmed within the UK it would be criminal not to!
This enables them to take advantage of supplier offers and seasonality. Creativity is encouraged, not stifled. We want our chefs to be motivated and inspired every day, so that they deliver their best to you, our clients, and to our customers.
Lucy-Ann Prideaux, our company nutritionist, advises and implements new nutritionally balanced or biased concepts. Our latest implementation is food combining to maximise nutritional qualities. She also runs nutritional workshops for our chefs. Educating them in healthier ways to cook, for example using less salt, butter and cream.

Just to pass on my thanks to you and the team for such a fantastic lunch with the Michelin starred chef. I think it was the best pie I have ever eaten and I felt duty bound to try the pudding which was also delicious!
